Begin taking at the first sign of a cold. Continue until 24-hours after symptoms have disappeared. Adult Dose (people 12 years and older): Swallow 2 capsules every 3 hours. Child Dose (6 to 11 years): Swallow 1 capsule every 3 hours. Children under 6: Consult your doctor. Indications: For the temporary relief of runny nose, sneezing, nasal and sinus congestion, sore throat, mild fever and cough associated with colds, flus, allergies, and sinusitis.
